Osseus Management Entertainment is a full-service artist management company that manages DJs and Producers. They needed a website that would allow them to showcase their artists and connect them with fans and gigs.
The Opportunity
The opportunity arose when Osseus Management Entertainment approached us with the vision of creating an innovative platform designed to connect people with DJs for their events. The goal was to allow users to explore and choose from multiple DJ options across different states of Mexico, each offering a unique “WOW” factor to elevate their event experience. Beyond DJ bookings, OME also aimed to become a hub for music industry updates—featuring artist bios, upcoming events, and trending news—all in one platform.
The Research
Once we understood the scope of the project, we dove deep into the DJ market to learn how event organizers and clients think and behave. We focused on uncovering the key motivators that drive both sides—what they look for, what makes an experience memorable, and how they search for talent. By developing a detailed buyer persona, we identified the ideal user profile: their behaviors, preferences, and digital habits. Through this research, we crafted a design aligned with OME’s vision, offering a seamless user experience where visitors can easily discover DJs for their events or stay informed with the latest music industry updates.
The Outcome
After finalizing and validating the design with the OME team, we built a dynamic platform that delivers more than just functionality—it delivers an intuitive experience. Each DJ featured on the platform has a dedicated profile showcasing essential information, making the selection and booking process straightforward for users. The platform includes smart filtering by event type and Mexican state, powered by a review and rating algorithm based on real user feedback. As a result, users can quickly identify the best fit for their event. Additionally, the platform serves as a living, breathing space with frequently updated content about top DJs and the latest music news, ensuring users always stay in the loop. We continue to improve the platform through ongoing iterations, aiming to deliver the best possible experience for OME’s audience.
