Multichannel E-commerce ERP

We built an ERP that unifies operations for an e-commerce business selling simultaneously on Mercado Libre, Amazon, Sears, and Coppel. It started as a system for a footwear operation, but its architecture is designed to adapt to any multichannel e-commerce business. The platform centralizes catalog, inventory, supplier reordering, returns, and financial reporting that previously lived scattered across each marketplace and separate spreadsheets.

The Challenge

Selling on multiple marketplaces at once means disconnected catalogs, inventories, and returns flows for each one. The business needed a single place to see real inventory status, manage supplier reordering without delays, and understand its financial health (cash flow, income statement) without manually rebuilding everything every month.

The Solution

We built a Next.js platform that centralizes catalog and inventory across the different sales channels (Mercado Libre, Amazon, Sears, Coppel) through direct API connections, automates the supplier reordering process, manages returns, and generates detailed financial reports including cash flow and income statement.
