Clean Value ERP — Operations Management Platform
We designed and built Clean Value's internal ERP, a platform built to centralize the daily operation of a workforce spread across dozens of active projects. The system replaces manual, paper-based processes with digital logging and approval workflows, giving management real-time visibility into what's happening at each site.

With cleaning staff distributed across multiple simultaneous projects, Clean Value relied on manual, paper-based processes to log attendance and operating expenses, which made centralized visibility difficult, introduced data-entry errors, and slowed down administrative approval.
We built a Next.js and Supabase platform with a supervisor module that lets staff log attendance and operating expenses per project directly from the work site, plus an administrative approval workflow that centralizes sign-off before the data flows into the company's internal processes.
