Chem Value ERP/CRM — Administrative Platform
We built Chem Value's admin platform, the system that centralizes the entire commercial operation behind the online store: management of current and prospective clients, quote and delivery-note tracking, delivery route optimization, AI-assisted inventory control, and financial reporting for business leadership. Every request a client makes on chemvalue.mx flows directly into this platform for handling.
Chem Value needed to move away from scattered spreadsheets and manual communication to track quotes, delivery notes, deliveries, and inventory for its institutional clients, and instead have a centralized system connected directly to the online store where clients submit their requests.
We built a Next.js and Supabase platform that manages the full commercial cycle: a database of current and prospective institutional clients, quotes and delivery notes generated from requests submitted on the public site, delivery route optimization, an AI-assisted inventory module that anticipates reorders and consumption trends, and detailed financial reporting — all connected in real time to Chem Value's B2B storefront.
