CET — Industrial Nearshoring Platform
We built the complete web platform for CET, a firm that connects foreign companies with end-to-end infrastructure, permitting, and shelter services to establish industrial operations in Mexico. The site communicates a complex service model (energy, water, legal, construction, shelter) clearly for international decision-makers, with a lead-capture flow centered on booking consultations.

CET needed a digital presence that conveyed institutional credibility to foreign companies evaluating investment in Mexico, explaining a complex regulatory process (CFE, SCT, IMSS, municipal permits) without overwhelming visitors, and converting that interest into qualified consultation requests.
We built a Next.js site with a content architecture designed for SEO and conversion: sector-by-sector service breakdown, a section addressing the pain points the company solves, an authority page for founder Vitto Triana, an FAQ answering the most common nearshoring questions, a blog for content-driven positioning, and a consultation request flow as the main conversion path.
Launch backed by an in-person CET event introducing the new platform to its partners and clients
Content and architecture optimized for strategic web positioning, expanding CET's reach to more companies
Internal system that lets partners and clients manage their active projects in one centralized place
Site optimized for load speed and information hierarchy for a clear, fast experience
